RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

Every product is packaged with great attention and care to ensure
it reaches you the way it left!
It usually takes 7 working days to prepare an order and during busy times this could take slightly longer. However you will be notified when your order has been posted.
If any problems do occur with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If your order arrives and you are unhappy, please email to arrange an exchange or refund.

For personalised items, such as custom illustrations. I can only accept refunds if the product is faulty.

Nonetheless, for unpersonalised items a full refund is available if
you inform me within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying me that you wish for a refund.
Once I have received the item back, your money will be refunded
within 14 days.
